Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Introduction
1.1. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased through the STEC-Steadfast Technics LLC commercial website. ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Order Fulfillment & Distribution
2.1. Products ship from over 30 warehouses across the continental United States.
2.2. Orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate shipments.
3. Order Processing & Shipment Timing
3.1. Most orders ship within the same business day if received by 4:00 PM (warehouse local time).
3.2. Orders after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship on the next business day.
3.3. Same-day shipment is subject to inventory availability and carrier acceptance.
4. Shipping Rates
4.1. Free shipping on qualifying orders over $75 (excludes freight and oversized items).
4.2. Orders under $75 incur a flat $10.99 shipping charge.
5. Freight, Oversized & Heavy Items
5.1. Oversized or palletized items may require freight shipment.
5.2. Minimum freight charge of $125 applies.
5.3. Actual freight charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery Terms – Truck & Freight
6.1. All truck deliveries are curbside/tailgate delivery only.
6.2. Inside delivery, lift-gate, unpacking, or placement are not included.
7. Optional Inside Delivery
7.1. Inside delivery may be available for an additional charge.
7.2. Must be arranged prior to shipment by calling 763-588-3877.
8. FOB, Title & Risk of Loss
8.1. All shipments are FOB Origin (Shipping Point).
8.2. Title and risk of loss transfer to customer upon tender to the carrier.
9. Shipping Destinations
9.1. Ships to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO.
9.2. Additional charges apply for non-continental destinations.
10. Inspection & Damage Claims
10.1. Shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
10.2. Damage, shortages, or errors must be reported within 48 hours.
11. Returns
11.1. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
11.2. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
11.3. RMA authorization is required prior to return.
12. Return Fees & Refunds
12.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
12.2. Restocking fees of 15%–30% may apply.
12.3. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
13. Changes to this Policy
13.1. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
